This is the space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out because therapy shouldn’t feel like another performance review.

I work with people who are used to being the dependable one, the problem solver, the person everyone counts on. But being that person comes at a cost: constant pressure, exhaustion, and the feeling that no matter how much you do, it’s not enough. Over time, that can show up as anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, depression, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone and everything around you.

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 20 years, including more than 10 years as a therapist. My approach is curious, practical, and direct. I make room for complexity and ask questions that help you clearly see what’s actually happening in your life instead of what you think you should just be handling better. Then we get specific about what might actually help.
